It all began in 1992 when the late Evelyn H. Lauder co-created the Pink Ribbon and a year later, founded the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF), a non-profit dedicated to funding breast cancer research. Through the BCRF and other like-minded organizations, breast cancer mortality rates have decreased by 38% over the past 20 years.

For 25 years, the company’s campaign to raise awareness on breast cancer, symbolized by the ubiquitous pink ribbon, has grown from strength to strength. To date, more than USD70 million (RM298.62 million) has been raised for breast cancer research, education and medical services, accelerating progress in saving lives and improving quality of care.
